  They were so kind and respectful in handling the arrangements for my aunt. She looked wonderful and they were quick to anticipate any needs. Wouldn't want anyone else to take care of my family in the future.

  Three family memorial services were held at this place. The first was grand, the second was so-so, and the third... well this place has let itself go. The people were courteous but unprepared for anything. No print outs, no obituary, and many other small things that just kept adding up.
  
  We had paid for the service 2 weeks in advance, and they acted as if we were an inconvenience to their schedule. They even got stuff wrong on things they hand wrote because they didn't have ink in their printers. How can you get the age wrong and city of death wrong? They did, they put the age as the year they were born... and put the city of death as where they recieved the flight from to pick up the body.
  
  They were so unprepared that 1 hour before service they were getting rid of cobwebs. We planned weeks ahead of time, how can you be that unprepared???
  
  Plus to top it off, death was on a Thursday overnight. Burial was Monday. They waited until 2 hours before the service to get the permit from the city to do the grave digging and their was a problem with the paperwork!!! You don't wait until that close to burial get paperwork from the city filled out. Everyone is already on the way and your saying the burial may not happen.
  
  Brewer and Sons, you will be going to hades for the way you respect the mourning families and the dead.
